units 1.85 seems to have been out for ages. I'll attach an ebuild diff with the
updated homepage (cf. URL) to this bug soon.

ebuild diff 1.80-r1 -> 1.85

Both patches in files/ seem to be obsolete. They fail to apply and 1.85 seems
to support the AU unit of its own anyway. The example sed script seems to have
disappeared from units.c as well. Lastly, I updated the HOMEPAGE too.

It seems like units is maintained somewhat unlovingly. Can I help out in any
way?

Thanks a lot for your ebuild - I just bumped units to v1.85 in
portage CVS.
