I can't reproduce the error. What verion of webapp-config are you using? Did
you upgrade htdig or was it a fresh install?

i have lastest webapp : 1.50.10

it was a rebuild, infact the error is during unmerging of the old version.

i unmerge previous version...so tried a clean install.

same error.

i just found that many htdig fails are in my / root dir

some gif files (star*.gif) and htdig directory.

I am also unable to reproduce the problem. Could you attach the webapp.eclass
and the ebuild to this bug?

sorry, but i think it's useless, i sync every morning, so even if i had a
problem now it's == to portage cvs.

That's not what reproducible means.

If you are not willing to provide the information requested, there's not much
we can do.

(1) Do you have any overlays that could have other versions of webapp-config,
webapp.eclass, or htdig on your system?
(2) Please post the output of md5sum /usr/portage/eclass/webapp.eclass and
md5sum /usr/portage/www-misc/htdig-3.2.0_beta6.ebuild
(3) What happens if you do emerge -C htdig?
(4) ls /usr/share/webapps
(5) Do you still have all those htdig files in / ?
(6) Version of Portage and webapp-config?

and it compiles fine with --as-needed? have you seen bug #130680 ?

manually link, not a problem :)

Try 3.2.0_beta6-r1, we no longer use webapp.eclass at all.
