USE-flag `debug' and FEATURE `nostrip' doesn't affect compilation of freeradius. freeradius always stripping binaries unless `--enable-developer' are used. Also this configure option add `-g' and several `-W' to CFLAGS. I think `$(use_enable debug developer)' should be added to `myconf'
