could someone look into getting a e-build built?

Please also look into a 'jpgraph' USE flag. i.e. I've got it running now by
downloading the code, however I had to make some modifications to
"projectmanager/inc/class.ganttchart.inc.php" to get it to see the new jpgraph
I emerged.

the whole jpgraph thing needs bug #121023. i have the ebuild ready, just need
to see how jpgraph on alpha shakes out. if it doesn't happen soon, i'll drop
~alpha and file a new bug

I added 1.2 and dropped ~hppa as dev-php{4,5}/jpgraph is not keyworded.

The new version has a jpgraph USE flag that will patch
projectmanager/inc/class.ganttchart.inc.php to point to the default Gentoo
location.
