I'd like to clean up qemu with all the ancient cruft mark both qemu-user and qemu-softmmu with the qemu metabuild or just what works.
I got this error compiling 0.80 here: inconsistent operand constraints in an `asm' in this line: __asm__ __volatile__ ("stwbrx %1,0,%2" : "=m" (*(uint32_t *)ptr) : "r" (v), "r" (ptr)); 0.7.2 is building right here. Any clue?
this night hopefully I'll check the issue, seems different issues are related to different gcc versions...
lu_zero: Wow, that's one heck of a night there ;p. Anyways, any word on the bug or do we need to sit back and hang tight while you deal with more stuff?
I tried to come up with something but got no positive results... I'll check a cvs snapshot since got requested already
So...what's going on with this? :) Should we just wait until you have another version for us to mark?
if you can come up with a patch for your arch in order to mark it x86, I'm fine
x86 stable. I didn't get the supposed compiler error at all. <cpw> ok now then * cpw gets out the spiritual beads <cpw> plzdunbreakthxbye <cpw> alright, that should do it
I got qemu 0.8.0 working for a while using amd64. I am using it nearly everyday at work with windows XP and 2000 as guests.
amd64 done. Sorry for the delay.
I close this, all arches have stabilised...please beat me if I am wrong.
