sci-libs/fftw-3.0.1-r1 uses various flag-o-matic functions in global scope. Please move these to pkg_setup or src_unpack.

Hi Ciaran,

sci-libs/fftw-3.0.1-r1 looks fine to me. 
I assume you are rather referring to:
sci-libs/fftw-2.1.5-r1
sci-libs/fftw-3.0.1

sci-libs/fftw-3.0.1 has been fixed in CVS.
