Description:   Opened: 2006-02-23 18:49 0000 
Apcupsd version 3.12.0 was released on January 2nd 2006 and is now up to
version 3.12.2 as of January 18th 2006.

A new ebuild to make use of this new and more capable version would be great to
have!

I can test the ebuild if someone is willing/able to make one.
