Description:   Opened: 2006-02-20 22:42 0000 
gopenmol ebuild ignores files in utility directory, these files are not
compiled and they are not installed. Small change to the ebuild file is needed
to fix it, add extra compile and install lines for utility directory, similar
to that for plugins directory. I will include patch to the ebuild later.

Updated ebuild for gopenmol-3.00

Attaching updated ebuild, added special treatment for files source files in
utility directory. Works OK on my system.
