k9copy-1.0.3b.ebuild

UNPATCHED (as switch patch for 1.0.2 isn't mine, and my unpatched version seems
to work fine here...)

The switch patch is no longer needed from version 1.0.3b as the maintainer has
included similar code to that in the patch upstream.

Where does the dependency on >=app-cdr/k3b-0.12.10 come from? I can compile and
run k9copy-1.0.3b with k3b-0.12.8 without problems, so it shouldn't be
necessary to force people to use an unstable k3b version.
