anjuta-1.2.4 crashes on my machine, anjuta-1.2.4-r1 works fine ... i'd suggest
to mark 1.2.4-r1 as stable on x86 ... unlike 1.2.4, it starts ..

Same thing for me, on amd64.
anjuta-1.2.4 wont start, everytime crashes on splash screen.
anjuta-1.2.4-r1 has no problems, means: no problems starting.

i second this. the current stable doesn't work with the latest stable gtk
(crashes immediately at startup). -r1 has the gtk-fix and has been in the tree
for ages now.

arch teams, i recommend you mark this one stable (amd64 has been done almost a
month ago)

I can confirm that anjuta-1.2.4 will compile but will crash when run . 
anjuta-1.2.4-r1 compiles perfectly, and runs as it should.
