Hi all, I see that only sci-biology/wise2.2.0 is available. 

Unfortunately this version has some bugs that don't allow you to compile using
pthreads.
While we wait for a source patch or bug fix, I think that having previous
version available can help, especially if you are working in a multi processor
environment.

I added some archs since it seems to be stable on ia64 and alpha (that is my
environment!).

Thanks for the suggestion. I added your ebuild to Portage. I cannot add ia64 or
alpha support, however, as I do not have access to that hardware. If you want,
you can file a bug report and assign it to the alpha and ia64 teams who will
look into it.
