This report replaces http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1054 as I attached
the wrong tarball there.

Xtoolwait notably decreases the startup time of an X session by reducing the 
load on the X server and the OS. It's useful for controlling the sequence of
apps loaded in your xsession.

attaching files does not seem to work at all at the moment. the correct tarball
of x11-wm/xtoolwait can be downloaded from
