dev-perl/dbix-searchbuilder-1.38 has a dep upon '>=dev-perl/DBI'. This isn't legal -- operators should only be used when a version is provided. Should this be a simple dep or a dep upon a particular version?

looks like a mistake, fixing ebuild. (deps on any version of dbi)
