Another twiki ebuild, this time for the new 4.0.0 version.
Install still didn't insert a good path into the $CPANBASE value setting in
twiki/bin/setlib.cfg.
Had to manually put twiki.conf settings into httpd.conf, since I'm not using
vhosts.
Plenty of other initial settings could be inserted by the ebuild, but aren't.
Dependencies were added, but not all combinations of missing deps were not
tested to make sure they got installed.
Limited to ~x86.
It runs on apache2.

This ebuild won't install in the presence of the beta ones with version numbers
like "200512177873". Had to install with a specific reference. Whoever got the
category started with twiki-20041030-r1.ebuild should have prepended a real
version number. I don't know how to deal with the current situation.

Uh, no, this is not the same as the other ebuild. It's a different one. If one
has to be duped out, do the other one. This one is the new release.
