This is new ebuild with manu bug-fixes, so please consider useing this one
instead, becouse both of ebuilds are built by me.  I have added some specific
Gentoo patches so files can be installed in correct place, and xDVDShrink Menu
icon in Multimedia should be present.

How come in the dvdshrink 2.6.1-r1 ebuild, it installs into
/usr/share/dvdshrink but the above patches are not applied?

Isn't think already a part of app-cdr/dvdshrink?

That is correct and the newest ebuild should be _p10 which is latest avaliable
on website. this bug is wrong right from the get go. This bug needs to be
assigned to media-optical if we are gonna get _p10 in the tree which is needed
as it fixes dvdauthor issues.

Morphing this to a version bump request as requested by comment #9.

New _p10 ebuild. No patching, but do the sed command. Make desktop entry with
make_desktop_entry. Not tested yet, should work!

This is not really a proper ebuild for gentoo standards. It should look more
like what is already in the tree. Here is the ebuild which is well tested and
uses proper portage calls.
