Bugzilla Bug 121555

This is a fixed version of the current stable -r3 versions. Main changes:

- it uses autotools eclass to rebuild autotools, making it more solid than
before;
- it does not abuse doc useflag to install examples, it rather uses examples
useflag, and then uses doc useflag to build doxygen documentation (that
replaces id3lib-docs);
- it does not require to do funky things with symlinks for them to be right, as
the libtoolize takes effect.

which arch are not stable yet ?

requires additional dependency on automake-1.5 (it didn't like the 1.4_p6,
1.6.3, 1.7.9-r1 and 1.9.6-r2 I already had installed...).  this was on amd64
where it's already marked stable.

mips is not required to mark it stable, so closing down.
