Greetings! I've started work on the version bump, but I'm running into some
issues with 0.7.4. pnetlib isn't passing make check. I haven't looked into the
issue very deeply, but once I know more I'll get in touch with upstream to try
to fix it. For now, the 0.7.4 ebuilds are in my overlay:

{pnet,pnetc,pnetlib,ml-pnet}-0.7.4 are now in the tree.
