It would be great to get this into portage with package.mask entry. For future Mozilla applications to link to system nspr/nss.
Crypto should be handling this as well as the nss, whoever makes the bump please correct the metadata.xml as it is missing currently.

3.11 has been added and 3.10 has been removed. I have also p.masked for testing like it was intended to be.
