got a problem with coreutils-5.2.1-r7 on x86. compilation fails with permissions failures when FEATURES contains userpriv and usersandbox. removal of userpriv and usersandbox fixes the problem. here's the error: * Done with patching * Reconfiguring configure scripts (be patient) ... configure.ac:31: /usr/bin/m4: ERROR: Cannot create temporary file for diversion: Permission denied autom4te-2.59: /usr/bin/m4 failed with exit status: 1 aclocal-1.8: autom4te failed with exit status: 1 !!! that error is not probably not restricted to just 5.2.1-r7 on your box (works fine for me btw) post a new bug, it's unrelated to this
