Rebuilding gparted, I ran into this:

!!! Reason: Failed on MD5 verification
!!! Got:      37fcd93ef5fe790c76b667191ae4f667
!!! Expected: 9a9b61595ee14aea7d69c2b5d2bc2f65

An emerge --sync did not fix this problem. An ebuild digest did, so it looks
like  portage has the wrong MD5.

indeed, no idea why i got a wrong digest. *shrug* should be fixed now.
