Bug 11990 – phpmyadmin version bump and some ebuild fix

New version (2.3.3pl1). 
Now the ebuild checks also for the presence of apache2, two 
variables in config.inc.php are configured during installation so 
Myphpadmin is able to run even if no one configured config.inc.php. 
 
I've only had a problem...real name of the package is myphpadmin-2.3.3pl1 but i 
can't obtain a working ebuild if I not remove pl1 suffix (i get always PF null 
error, with _pl1 extension and also with -pl1) so i named the ebuild 
myphpadmin-2.3.3.ebuild i don't know if the absence of 'pl1' is a problem, if 
so, i'm sorry

This is the final ebuild, plz check package name without 'pl1' suffix is a
problem and plz check also e path in the ebuild (for apache2), i left a comment
in the ebuild, thanx a lot
