media-video/qdvdauthor-0.1.0 is built only with xine support but should also be
built with mplayer support.

Patch for ebuild to build with xine and mplayer support

I've added a patch for the media-video/qdvdauthor-0.1.0 ebuild which builds
qdvdauthor with xine and with mplayer support.

Btw, I've read the TODO. But as long as the USE flags aren't implemented it
should contain support for both players.

qdvdauthor-0.1.2-r1 is in CVS now with "xine" and "mplayer" use-flags.
