Description:   Opened: 2006-01-17 21:11 0000 
Noticed this trying to install mono on a fresh ~amd64 system using modular X,
libgdiplus' internal cairo it uses fails at the configure stage, because it
can't enable the freetype backend with no fontconfig. Add the missing dep
(openned to remind me to do it).
