I've tested komparator. It looks nice but there are several crash bugs filed on
its sf.net site and they can be easily reproduced if you compare two nicely
filled /usr/lib dirs with each other.

Unfortunately, komparator seems to be abandoned. I tried to contact the author
but didn't get a reply. Thus, I'm resolving this as WONTFIX. Please feel free
to re-open this bug if things change.

komparator 0.6 release. Hopefully fixes crashes.
