The actual porting part is easy, but the 'pswrap' utility is needed, and it's
not in the tree yet.

As discussed on IRC, app-text/dgs will provide and a real version needs to be
restored to the tree. Also, the m4 file it provides needs to get fixed.

Re-added app-text/dgs; anything needing pswrap can now dep on it.
