apr-util patch

This patch will add the libtool inherit to the ebuild.

Thanks for the report, this is now fixed in CVS.

elibtoolize wasn't supposed to survive to the ebuild I actually commited, I was
experimenting with fixing a bug that is more complex then I could fix right
now.
