Description:   Opened: 2006-01-04 18:01 0000 
Bumping the current ebuild in portage to 3.4.0 and removing the
blocking-ssl-transfer epatch line works fine. I think the ssl-transfer bug
(#112487) was fixed in version 3.3.5 since upstream appears to have merged the
patch in portage.
