Two days ago bugfix release of GStreamer came out, which is necessary to build
Totem 1.3.0 with GStreamer 0.10 support. (See
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=324411)

version bumped gstreamer, gst-plugins-base, and gst-python as per upstream. 
(They should be under the p.m for gst-0.10).
