Please mark stable on x86 net-zope/zope-2.8.4
zope 2.8 branch in the portage is tested now enough (changes between 2.8.3 and
2.8.4 are so small that I consider 2.8.3 date as an entry point).

Stable on x86.  I'm keeping this open since other archs will probably want mark
this stable.

only amd64 left, and they're uninterested in keeping stable zope, so closing
this bug.
