ilbc-rfc3951 needs to be marked ~ARCH so non x86 users can use the new gaim
with vv support.

Lee adding I assume you've tested this on amd64.

Is there any other platforms you have tested it on?

Did you make any changes to gaim to make it work?

How did you test it?

use the select add amd64 and add arch button, followed by commit when you've
posted this.

Daniel, it compiles fine on amd64, dont have any other platforms to test
on(besides x86). I added that it needs ~ARCH because other archs will need it,
guess we need some people on those archs to test it before they get it. Anyway
I dont see the add amd64 button, just Leave as NEW, Resolve bug changing
resolution to..., and Resolve bug, mark it as duplicate of bug #..
