Comment 2 Markus Ullmann (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2005-12-16 12:56:04 UTC
Just tested here, works okay...
Maybe incomplete download?
Comment 3 Paul McDermott 2005-12-18 17:57:05 UTC
Same thing happened to me. MD5 sums seem OK, so incomplete download is unlikely, isn't it?

But I found these error messages:

 * Applying openldap-2.1.30-autoconf25.patch ...                          [ ok ]/usr/portage/net-nds/openldap/openldap-2.1.30-r6.ebuild: line 100: cd: /var/tmp/portage/openldap-2.1.30-r6/work//var/tmp/portage/openldap-2.1.30-r6/work/openldap-2.1.30: No such file or directory

You should update your `aclocal.m4' by running aclocal.
Putting files in AC_CONFIG_AUX_DIR, `build'.

Please fetch the overlay from http://www.markus-ullmann.de/gentoo
(The files or the tarball at your option)

Please put these files into your overlay directory and give 2.1.30-r7 a try
Comment 5 mAhdi 2006-01-04 12:35:33 UTC
I've just returned from vacation and after syncing portage, openldap (2.2.28-r3) did compile correctly.
Comment 6 Benjamin Smee (strerror) (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2006-01-13 10:02:22 UTC
fixed in cvs
