It looks like on postfix ebuild both smtp-source and smtp-sink are compiled,
but
not installed.
Maybe something like:

        # Install smtp-source and smtp-sink tool.
        dobin bin/smtp-sink
        dobin bin/smtp-source
        doman man/man1/smtp-sink.1
        doman man/man1/smtp-source.1

would be enough.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge postfix
2. 
3.

Actual Results:  
smtp-sink is not in path nor in 

epm -ql postfix
