CC'd archs, please test and keyword dev-cpp/libebt, a dependency of the pending
dev-cpp/libherdstat-0.2.0 release.  Merging libebt with FEATURES=test should be
sufficient for testing as it has good up-to-date tests.

tested on ppc.
builds ok, test passed successfully.

It works on ~hppa. Not sure whether I'm supposed to be messing there, so I've
