All ebuilds related to that webapp copy the INSTALL file which tells you to
rename the config file but the ebuilds do that already so that file isn't needed ;)

Also 0.9.7.1 contains an "S=${WORKDIR}/${P}" which is unneeded. Cumulative patch
is attached
