x11-libs/neXtaw depends on virtual/x11 which will no longer work with modular
X,
it needs its dependencies updated.

patch to the ebuild that should fix the deps

this is a patch to the ebuild (made against x11-libs/neXtaw-0.15.1) that should
fix the deps

Updated x11-libs/neXtaw-0.15.1-r1 to support modular X.

Recycling this bug for stabilization. Please, stabilize
x11-libs/neXtaw-0.15.1-r1 for modular X. Thanks!
