banshee 0.10 currently depends on the following:
    =media-libs/gstreamer-0.8*
    =media-libs/gst-plugins-0.8*

But I've just had a nightmare of a time figuring out that it actually needs 
version 0.8.11 of these packages.

Not sure if anything later that this will work: portage only contains these.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge banshee without the aformentioned correct dependencies already being 
install. Installation fails.

Actual Results:  
Compilation fails.

Expected Results:  
Compilation succeeds.

About the severity: the last time I reported that an application would not 
compile I selected 'Blocker' because that matches the description. However a dev 
changed to to normal because the problem didn't prevent the system from booting.

So I'll leave it at 'Normal' even though 'Blocker' is a better match from the 
severity description.

yes you are right it depends of 0.8.11 version but a gstreamer developer
modified the ebuild without tell me about the modifications and i commited the
bump with this issue.

I fixed this issues.
