This very trivial update fixes one thing in dodoc where the manpage was also
being copied over into doc after doman. I removed the file nvidia-settings.1 in
doc/. Also, I added the .desktop file and .png file that are included in the
nvidia*pkg.run file. For some reason, the wise folks at nvidia did not include
the same files in their ftp package. These two files are copied over manually
from files/. The maintainer can decide how he wants to handle the packaging of
these files (if at all).

pixmap for nvidia-settings. This file and the one before both come from the
pkg.run file for the nvidia graphics driver. They are provided here directly
for simplicity. :)

Hmm, missed that.  Anyhow fixed that and installing of pixmap + .desktop
slightly differently, but thanks for the report and the desktop menu stuff!

I did not know about the doicon and domenu functions! Thanks for showing me
that. I think this about wraps up changes to this program.....for now :)
