To be able to show teletext pages when running with v4l2 a patch needs to be
aplied to alevt-1.6.1. This patch is avaliable within the ivtv tar ball.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.install ivtv-0.4
2.install alevt-1.6.1
3.select TV stattion with teletext data and run alevt

Actual Results:  
no teletext pages shown

Expected Results:  
show teletext pages

alevt.diff
  Fixes incorrect v4l2 defines (probably derived from older v4l2 API
  revisions). The patch is for version 1.6.1 and this teletext decoder/browser
  can be found here: http://www.goron.de/~froese (although this site seems
  to be down a lot).

This patch needs to be applied to alevt to be able to work with ivtv-0.4. On my
system with a PVR-350 card alevt-1.6.1 works only after patching.
