I have no clue what this program does but it was requested on our cluster.

It can compile an mpi and a non-mpi version based on the "mpi" use flag.

I did a bit of stuff other than the basic emake/einstall so if you have time
make sure I did everything right =)

fastdnaml-1.2.2.ebuild

A better ebuild, borrowed Debian's patch and repo location. No MPI patches in Debian's repo.

Now available in the science overlay.
