it won't upgrade since:

 * Applying conky-1.3.4-miscbug.patch ...

 * Failed Patch: conky-1.3.4-miscbug.patch !
 *  ( /usr/portage/app-admin/conky/files/conky-1.3.4-miscbug.patch )
 * 
 * Include in your bugreport the contents of:
 * 
 *   /var/tmp/portage/conky-1.3.4-r1/temp/conky-1.3.4-miscbug.patch-31431.out

as it says, i'm including its content.

Same problem here - Upgrade from app-admin/conky-1.3.4 to app-admin/conky-1.3.4-r1 .
