Description:   Opened: 2005-11-24 15:56 0000 
As per summary, I'm asking for flac-1.1.2-r3 to be tested and marked stable. 
This version enables largefile for 32-bit systems, and fixes some weird old 
xmms problems.

I tested this on alpha. I didn't have any problems encoding or decoding (the
md5sum's before encoding and after decoding match). flac files and flac files
decoded into wav play without a problem in xmms and mplayer. It has been ~alpha
for 140 days and I can't find any alpha specific bugs for this version.
