Hi,
when emerging gtranslator-1.1.6, configure exited with error telling required
library >=gtkspell-2.0 was not met. After adding that dependency to ebuild all
works fine. Patch attached.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make sure you have not installed gtkspell.
2. Try to emerge gtranslator-1.1.6
