It's been out for a while now. Many design/bug fixes and hence lots of new features. An euses.php is included in the tarball as well. I hesitate to write an ebuild that uses webapp stuff, though. Version bumped in CVS, the php script is installed as documentation as you suggested. I can not add arch keywords that I can not test (~hppa), this has been omitted. I have added the ~amd64 keyword, though.
Seems I forgot to mention the Changelog is included now too.
