Bugzilla Bug 112419

I played around with cooledit for a day now and its pretty stable, compiles ok
and does what it's supposed to do (editing and a little latex stuff). IMHO the
scrollbars are ugly but that's just me ;-)

We aren't allowed to mark it stable as long as the maintainer doesn't do it for
his architecture. Adding agriffis for comments.

I've marked 3.17.7 ppc stable instead so we have a stable version, if and when
.12 goes stable, we'll catch it then.
