libX11-0.99.2.ebuild does not build due to missing header file xf86bigfstr.h.
The missing file is provided by xf86bigfontproto ebuild, after installing
it libX11 builds fine.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. migrate to modular xorg 
2. unmask necessary packages
3. emerge xorg-server
 

Actual Results:  
build process crashes when building libX11

Expected Results:  
it should install necessary dependant package
