Description:   Opened: 2005-11-06 20:18 0000 
Currently newest version in Portage is 1.9.6, 1.9.7 is now out. I renamed the 
1.9.6 ebuild, it builds and runs fine on amd64.

I did the same thing for x86 just now: also runs and compiles fine.
