The variables DEBUG_LOGIN, DEFAULTOPTIONS and LOGGEROPTS defined in /etc/
courier/authlib/authdaemonrc are not exported and thus the courier authdaemond 
does not use them (since it reads them through the environment).

Note that this problem only affects to uppercase variables, the lowercase 
variables are read by authdaemond itself.

The attached patch fixes the initd script in portage i.e. net-libs/courier-
authlib/files/courier-authlib-initd
