Bugzilla Bug 111667

The games-sports/billardgl ebuild (version 1.75-r1) doesn't contain the file
/usr/share/applications/billardgl.desktop which means that the BillardGL
application doesn't show up in the Gnome menu.

I will attach a file that I use. This file could(/should?) be added to the
games-sports/billardgl ebuild.

From there, other BillardGL addicts may provide national translations to
complement the file.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge billardgl
2. load Gnome
3. search for BillardGL in the Gnome menu

Actual Results:  
BillardGL does not show up in the Gnome menu.

Expected Results:  
BillardGL should show up in the Gnome menu.
