Description:   Opened: 2002-11-23 22:44 0000
Following raine's ebuild (#11147), I post this updated version of allegro which
includes quite a few improvements, among them ARTS support, nice to have since
ALSA
requires version 0.5 which has been deprecated in Gentoo for some time now.

Please, apply this patch which I forgot to include in the ebuild - I did it on
the
bash's environment I was testing it on -, or else it will fail to complete.

okay this will take a while since stuff which depends on allegro won't work
with
this version (rainer and liquidwars) without some patching.

i added 4.1.9 but i masked it since it is API incompatible with 4.0.x ...
yes it installs libraries in a SLOT-able fashion, but it does not install it's
header files nicely
