So if vpopmail is supposed to be for qmail and/or postfix, then why are the
dependencies only for qmail?

I have never seen a reuqest for postfix, if this is the case please open a bug
and I will change deps, but until postfix is requested I have no plans on adding it.

Then please change the description in the ebuilds as it is misleading if we're
not going to support advertised functionality.

for lazy-bindings patch; runs aclocal and automake (maybe WANT_AUTOMAKE=1.6 is
needed?).

Will reopen as soon as I get time to add QA patch to 5.4.13.

Aight 5.4.13 is ready to go stable. If we could handle this soon would be much
appreciated. Lazy binding patch is applied, so QA should be fine.
